Yup. this one got to me to (especially after writing my piece about the Greekies a while back). Read the story here about Ratchet, a puppy from Iraq that a US servicewoman is trying to adopt, but the government is blocking her from doing so. I signed the petition to save Ratchet, I hope he makes it to Minnesota!
