It's been a busy week, I need to get a few more miles out this brain before enjoying the weekend. Last Sunday, I did something unsavory to my knee in the ACL area--not good! The last few days it has been fine, so I'm assuming it's either OK or completely torn in half. Either way, I have the last resort snowboarding day of the season on Saturday and two frisbee games on Sunday.

Finally, happy birthday to Paul Lenhart who turns 30 ummm...yesterday? I never know the exact date (the 3rd?) since I always celebrate Paul's birthday in September whether he likes it or not. I also refuse to believe his first name is Edwin.
